A custom color tablecloth is printed to your specific color specification — not selected from a fixed swatch library. Whether you’re matching a Pantone reference, a hex code, a CMYK value, or an existing piece of branded collateral, we print to your color rather than asking you to adjust your brand to ours.

How Custom Color Works at REX CUSTOM PRINTS
Unlike stock-color tablecloths that are manufactured in a fixed set of fabric colors, our custom color tablecloths are printed using full-color dye sublimation — which means any color that can be specified in print can be reproduced on fabric.
What this means in practice:
You’re not choosing from a color chart. You’re specifying your color, and we print it.

Custom Color + Custom Print — Combining Both
A custom color tablecloth doesn’t have to be a solid base color. Most buyers combine custom base color with logo or artwork printing:

Color Accuracy — What to Expect
Dye sublimation printing produces highly accurate and vivid color reproduction, but there are a few things worth knowing:
Digital proofs vs. physical output — A proof viewed on a monitor is affected by the monitor’s color calibration. The printed tablecloth is the definitive reference. For critical color work, contact us about physical proofing options.
Fabric vs. paper color — Colors printed on fabric can appear slightly different from the same color printed on coated paper stock, due to the fabric’s texture and the sublimation process. This is normal and consistent with how dye sublimation works across the industry.
Pantone to CMYK conversion — Not all Pantone colors have a direct CMYK equivalent. Some Pantone colors (particularly highly saturated or fluorescent shades) are outside the standard CMYK gamut. We’ll flag this during proofing if it applies to your specified color and advise on the closest achievable output.

Can you exactly match a Pantone color?
We print using dye sublimation after selecting, which achieves very close results for most Pantone references. Some Pantone colors fall outside the standard CMYK gamut — for these, we'll identify the closest achievable output and flag it during proofing. For critical color-matching requirements, contact us before ordering.
Can I get a tablecloth in two specific colors — one for each half of the table?
Yes. Color block, split, and gradient designs are all achievable — include the layout in your artwork brief at checkout.

What if the color in the proof looks different on my screen?
