What's the minimum order quantity?
We print single units – no minimum order. Whether you need one tablecloth for a single event or fifty for a national trade show circuit, we handle both.
How is the final price calculated?
Start with the base price for your chosen size, then add the cost of your selected material and back coverage style. Print placement (front only, all-over, etc.) is chosen separately and doesn't change the base, material, or back coverage pricing.
Can I print a photograph on a tablecloth?
Yes. Dye sublimation printing handles photographic images well, provided the source file is high enough resolution. We'll flag any image quality issues during proofing before production.
Will the colors match my brand colors exactly?
We print in full color using dye sublimation, which produces vivid, accurate results. For Pantone-critical color matching, contact us before ordering – we can advise on the best approach for your specific brand standards.
What's the difference between front-only print and all-over print?
Front-only prints your artwork on the front-facing panel only – the sides and back remain the base fabric color. All-over print covers the entire tablecloth surface, including sides and back, edge-to-edge with your design.
Can I reuse the tablecloth after the event?
Yes. Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fabric – it doesn't scratch, peel, or wash off. Your printed tablecloth can be washed and reused across many events.
How do I care for a printed tablecloth?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash cold. No bleach or dry cleaning. Steam or low-heat iron after washing.
