All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing, product descriptions, or other content, and to cancel or refuse any order arising from such errors, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered are for lawful purposes and that any artwork, logos, or content you submit for customization does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Order confirmations are sent automatically upon checkout and do not constitute our acceptance of your order or a guarantee of product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in pricing or product information.
Where applicable, we will provide you with a digital proof of your custom order for review and approval prior to production. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy in spelling, artwork, colors, sizing, and layout.
By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content for use in a custom product, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce that content, and that its use does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from content you submit for production. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated on the Site at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
Estimated production and shipping times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Because most of our products are custom-manufactured, our return and refund options differ from those for standard retail items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details regarding eligibility, timeframes, and the process for requesting a reprint, replacement, or refund.

Any custom artwork or designs created by the Company on your behalf remain subject to the terms of the specific design or service agreement between you and the Company, where applicable.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT PRODUCT COLORS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE WILL EXACTLY MATCH THE FINAL PRINTED PRODUCT DUE TO VARIATIONS IN MONITOR DISPLAYS AND PRINTING PROCESSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
