full coverage. Here’s how to think about it:

If you’re undecided, the Zipper version is almost always the safer choice — it gives you
everything a Closed Back provides, and adds access you may not always need but will
appreciate when you do.

240g Heavy Spandex is the top recommendation for this configuration. The added fabric weight
ensures the zipper area maintains the same taut appearance as the rest of the cover when
closed — lighter fabrics can look slightly uneven around the zipper hardware on larger tables.

Choose Your Artwork Printing

Front + Back + Sides and All Over Print print over the full back panel including the zipper
area — the zipper hardware sits within the printed design. If your artwork has a specific
element you’d prefer not to have interrupted by the zipper, note your preferred zipper
position in the order notes and we’ll account for it during proofing.

Where the Zipper Configuration Makes the Most Difference

Active Demo and Sampling Booths

Your team at demo stations retrieve product, materials, and equipment from under the table
throughout the event. The zipper allows access without removing the cover or disrupting
the branded display every time someone reaches for something.

Multi-Day Trade Shows

A cover that stays on the table for two or three event days will need the table accessed
for restocking, storage, and end-of-day security. The zipper makes this practical without
the wear of repeatedly stretching the cover on and off.

The Zipper in Practice — What to Expect

Placement

The zipper runs along the center of the back panel, oriented vertically. It sits flush
against the fabric when closed and is not visible from the front or sides of the table.

Operation

The zipper opens smoothly from either end. Your team can access the full underside of the table
by opening the zipper fully, or reach in through a partial opening for quick retrieval
without fully exposing the table’s underside.

Appearance When Closed

Identical to the 4 Sided Closed Back from every audience-facing angle. The zipper hardware
is on the back panel only.

Durability

The zipper is sewn into the back panel construction and designed for repeated use across
multiple events. Avoid forcing the zipper if the cover is under unusually high tension –
this is most relevant on custom sizes where the tension allowance is at the tighter end.
