Step 1 Pick Your Back Access Style
A boxed cover hides everything underneath the table — which is great for looks, but means you need to decide up front how (or whether) anyone reaches that storage space during the event:

A quick way to decide: if a staff member will be ducking behind the table every few minutes, an open or slit-style back saves time. If the table just needs to look sharp on camera or at the entrance, go fully closed. Zipper and Velcro give you the closed look with a way in when you actually need it.

Because the corners are boxed rather than stretched into place, there’s no fabric tension to absorb a measuring mistake the way there is with a throw-style cover. A half-inch off on a stretch cover is invisible; the same half-inch on a boxed corner shows. Measure twice before you submit.
